What is the proximity to shopping and major highways?
- Farmington Valley, home to Farmington and surrounding areas, has some of the most unique and upscale boutiques and specialty shops in New England. Westfarms Mall which is the largest shopping center in Farmington, has great offerings from retailers such as Macy’s, Nordstrom, Lord and Taylor, and many others.
- Farmington West Estates and Snowberry Cobble are located just minutes away from local grocery stores, shopping centers and major highways. Just over a mile off of Rt. 6, West Farms Mall is less than 10 miles away.
What schools are available?
Students in Farmington have access to some of the best public schools in the nation. In 2005, Farmington High School was ranked 125 on Newsweek Magazine’s list of the best schools in the United States. Farmington is home to seven public schools in total.
K-4 elementary schools:

- West District School
- Noah Wallace School
- East Farms School
The recently built West Woods Upper Elementary School houses grades 5-6 and is outfitted with the latest technology.
Irving A. Robbins Middle School houses grades 7-8.
Farmington High School serves grades 9-12 for the entire town.
How much is the association fee and what does it cover?
The fee is $140 per month and covers snow removal, lawn care and trash removal.
